Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales & BD Manager to lead and execute sales initiatives that drive lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate has experience in B2 B technology services marketing, understands AI/ML trends, and can develop & execute compelling outbound sales plans to deliver a robust pipeline of enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales/BD Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute an annual sales strategy aligned with business objectives, revenue goals, and sales priorities. Own the sales calendar, sales execution, budgeting, and performance tracking. Develop and keep updating a sales playbook, with fresh learnings.
Sales Outreach: Work with the marketing & leadership team to refine ICPs, messaging, and qualification criteria as we learn from the market.



Use tools such as Apollo and Linked In Sales Navigator to identify and segment the right prospects Research each contact to ensure every message is personal, sharp, and relevant (product, funding, tech stack, AI initiatives). Craft and send multi-touch outbound sequences (email + Linked In + occasional video/voice) designed to do one thing: get a reply and set a meeting. Run A/B tests on subject lines, hooks, and CTAs; keep what works, kill what doesn’t, without being told. Manage CRM and sales automation platforms, ensuring accurate lead tracking, campaign reporting, and sales database management. Monitor campaign KPIs and generate actionable insights for continuous optimization. Turn successful approaches into repeatable playbooks we can scale (templates, talk tracks, objection handling).
Sales Partners Coordination Manage the workflows from the sales partners, stream-lining the processes; integrating the leads into our CRM Cross-fertilize learnings across sales partners and our internal systems, to optimize the processes and results across a
