We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Mumbai. This position is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities Source IT candidates through Linked In, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals . Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on required skills and experience. Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate resumes. Contact candidates through phone calls, email, and Linked In. Explain job opportunities, responsibilities, location, work authorization, and employment terms to candidates. Maintain and update candidate information in internal databases/recruitment systems.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements. Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand hiring requirements. Maintain daily/weekly recruitment activity reports. Meet assigned sourcing and submission targets.
Required Skills Good verbal and written communication skills . Basic understanding of the IT industry and common technical roles . Ability to understand and interpret IT job descriptions. Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Willingness to work in US Night Shift timings . Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
