Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and creative R& D Chemist to develop high-quality cosmetic and personal care products for domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong formulation expertise, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and hands-on experience with export documentation, including CDSCO compliance where applicable.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development
* Develop innovative formulations for skincare, haircare, men’s grooming, personal care, oral care, and cosmetic products.
* Reformulate existing products to improve performance, stability, and cost efficiency.
* Conduct laboratory trials, pilot batches, and scale-up activities for commercial production.
* Source and evaluate new raw materials and ingredients from domestic and international suppliers.
* Troubleshoot formulation and manufacturing issues during production.
