Chosenly is a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) platform that helps B2 B brands get recommended by AI — Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. Our software shows brands exactly where they appear (and don't) in AI answers; our services team then makes them visible. The single highest-leverage lever is getting clients featured in the third-party listicles — “Best X Tools” roundups — that LLMs cite when recommending vendors.

We're hiring an Outreach Specialist to own this placement motion end to end. What you'll do Build prospect lists of listicles, roundups, and comparison pages worth targeting for each client (using SERP research, Ahrefs/SEMrush-style tools, and AI-answer analysis) Find the right contact for each target — author, editor, or site owner — and verify emails Write personalized outreach sequences and follow-ups that get replies,



not spam flags Negotiate placements: free insertions, paid placements, swaps, and relationship-based deals — and manage placement budgets Draft or coordinate the product blurbs that get inserted into articles Track everything in a pipeline: targets, outreach status, replies, live placements, cost per placement Report results per client monthly: placements earned, positions gained, and where clients now show up in AI answers Build repeatable relationships with publishers and writers so each campaign gets easier than the last What we're looking for 1–3 years running cold email or Linked In outreach for link building, digital PR, guest posting, partnerships, or SEO — agency experience is a plus Proof you've actually landed placements or links (you'll be asked for examples) Strong written English — your emails are the product Comfort with outreach tooling (any of: Hunter, Snov, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Pitchbox
