Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Bengaluru at Parency IVF Hospital. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn,



aligned with the hospital’s brand and fertility care services. Daily responsibilities include drafting posts, captions, and stories, shooting and editing short videos and photos, coordinating with medical and marketing teams to ensure accuracy, and maintaining a content calendar. The role involves monitoring audience engagement, responding to comments and messages in a professional and empathetic manner, and analyzing basic performance metrics to refine content strategies. The Social Media Content Creator will also collaborate on campaigns, patient education initiatives, and reputation-building activities that support the hospital’s mission.
