Working Days: 6 Days a Week ( Monday to Saturday), where Saturday 2nd and 4th is working.

About the Role

Vritti Solutions Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Chief Sales Head to lead the sales and business development function for our BTL (Below-the-Line) Activation Services.

The role will be responsible for identifying and acquiring corporate clients , building strong relationships with key decision-makers, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue through BTL campaigns, activations, experiential marketing, events, promotions, and other on-ground marketing solutions.





The ideal candidate should have a strong network among corporates, brands, marketing heads, advertising agencies, and decision-makers and possess a proven track record of selling BTL/activation services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development Develop and execute the sales strategy for BTL activation services. Generate new business from corporate clients across industries. Identify and target CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, HR Heads, Procurement Heads, and other key decision-makers. Build and maintain a strong corporate client pipeline. Drive the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closure, and repeat business. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Develop recent markets, accounts, and business opportunities.
