Devotion is India's largest and most emotional category — and almost nobody is doing world-class creative work in it. Every ad you make will be seen by lakhs of devotees. Every reel you post can go viral in a category starved of outstanding storytelling. You won't be one designer in a 40-person brand team; you will lead the creative charter, working directly with the founders, with full ownership of how India sees Life Guru. And you won't do it alone — a dedicated Video Editing team will work under you to bring your concepts to life at speed. Your Mandate

• Performance Marketing Creatives: Concept, create,



and iterate high-converting ad creatives (statics, videos, UGC-style) for Meta, Google, and You Tube. You'll run rapid creative experiments against a ₹1 crore+/month marketing budget and directly move our CAC. Winning creative here isn't decoration — it's the growth engine.

• Social Media Creatives: Own the content calendar and creative output for Life Guru's Instagram, You Tube, and other handles. Reels, carousels, festival moments, temple stories — build a devotional brand people genuinely want to follow, and grow our handles the way you grew your own.

• Brand Marketing: Define and guard the Life Guru brand — visual identity, tone of voice, storytelling. Make devotion feel modern, trustworthy, and beautiful across every touchpoint, from app store screenshots to festival campaigns. Who Should Apply
