The British Council is hiring for 100+ Associate / Executive Operations – Customer Service opportunities at our Global Shared Services Centre, Noida.

ROLES WE’RE HIRING FOR | CTC details

1. Associate Operations – Pay Band 3

Freshers Welcome

Educations: Bachelor’s degree / Graduate – mandatory

Experience: 0–6 months

CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA

Communication: Proficient in English.

Deliver first-time resolutions to British Council customers through voice, email and chat

2. Executive Operations – Pay Band 4

Experience: 6 months–3 years

Educations: Bachelor’s degree / Graduate – mandatory

CTC: Up to 5.0 LPA

Communication: Proficient in English.

Handle customer queries end-to-end and contribute to service excellence in a fast-paced global operations environment

Executive – Business Process Services- Finance Process – Pay Band 4

Experience: 6 months–3 years

Educations: Bachelor’s degree / Graduate – mandatory

CTC: Up to 5.20 LPA

Communication: Proficient in English.

Strong understanding of finance operations. Experience preparing and delivering accurate reports
