Sales Compensation Trainer: The Sales Compensation trainer empowers Sales Teams by providing structured training,



content and coaching to enable team members within the Sales Compensation team to improve performance & drive growth.
Training Content Development: Design, develop and maintain comprehensive sales operations training content across platforms and mediums covering topics like sales process, Financial Modeling, Data Analysis, SPM system navigation- like Xactly, Varicent, Forma.ai, product knowledge, industry proficiency, stakeholder management, customer service and compliance guidelines.
