Role Description The Telesales Executive role at OLL.co is a full time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. In this role, the Telesales Executive will contact prospective and existing customers via phone, explain OLL.co’s learning programs and services, and convert inquiries into enrollments.



Daily responsibilities include managing outbound and inbound calls, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up with potential learners, parents, and institutional partners. The Telesales Executive will address customer queries, provide clear information about offerings and pricing, and collaborate with the sales and operations teams to meet individual and team sales targets. The role also involves sharing feedback from customers to improve scripts, processes, and overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English/Hindi and active listening abilities.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive customer experience.
Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, pitch offerings effectively, and close enrollments.
