Role Description The Assistant Manager role at Pluckk is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager will support daily operations, coordinate with internal teams, and help ensure smooth execution of processes related to sourcing, inventory, and delivery.



Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, assisting in planning and implementing process improvements, and helping maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, preparing reports, and supporting the Manager with decision-making and project execution. The Assistant Manager will also help foster a positive, efficient work environment aligned with Pluckk’s Promise and brand values.
Qualifications

Experience in operations or supply chain management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or food and agriculture sectors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and support operational decisions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain attention to detail in a quick-paced environment.
