ROLE AT A GLANCE:

The Assistant Manager, Indirect Sourcing, is responsible for supporting the strategic sourcing and procurement of indirect spend category especially into MICE and Employee Travel related services, ensuring cost optimization, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver end to end sourcing initiatives and drive operational excellence while maintaining compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Lead sourcing activities across assigned indirect spend categories, including RFPs, RFQs, negotiations, supplier selection, and contract execution. 2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation. 3. Conduct spend analysis, market intelligence, and supplier benchmarking to support category strategies and sourcing decisions. 4. Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews,



and continuous improvement initiatives to drive service quality and commercial value. 5. Support contract lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and commercial terms. 6. Identify and execute cost reduction, process optimization, and value engineering opportunities across indirect spend categories. 7. Monitor supplier risks and support business continuity planning by developing mitigation strategies where required. 8. Contribute to procurement transformation projects, digital procurement initiatives, and process standardization efforts. And any additional duties as assigned.
