Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi for Front Line Sales and Managers. Team members will engage with prospective and existing customers, explain Bandhan Life’s insurance offerings, support policy selection, and assist with application and documentation processes. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting customer meetings, following up on leads,



coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding, and maintaining accurate records in line with company guidelines. Managers will oversee sales teams, provide coaching and performance feedback, monitor activity and productivity, and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards. The role requires proactive field engagement, regular reporting, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
Qualifications

Proven abilities in frontline sales activities, including customer acquisition, lead conversion, and achieving defined sales goals.
Strong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on building trust, explaining financial products clearly, and offering need-based solutions.
