Job Role - Inside Sales Executive Location - Santacruz East, Mumbai (Full time on-site - 5 days work week)Role & Responsibilities -Customer Interaction: Interact with customers and prospects through various channels, such as phone, email, chat, or in-person, to provide information, resolve inquiries, and offer solutions. Customer Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records, update profiles, and document interactions within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
