About Hyppy
Hyppy is a Bangalore-based home décor brand. We design framed wall art, tapestries, rugs and cushions in-house and sell them direct to customers across India. We ship a few thousand orders a month and we are growing quickly. The team is small, which means this role carries real ownership from week one rather than a queue to work through.

The role
We make framed prints, tapestries, rugs and cushions, which means a steady flow of frames, acrylic sheet, printed material, packaging and consumables coming in from a set of vendors across Bangalore. Your job is to make sure the right stock arrives on time, gets counted and recorded accurately, and never runs out in a way that stops us shipping.
You will also own the paperwork behind it — purchase orders, goods receipts, and matching every vendor invoice against what was actually ordered and delivered before it goes for payment.

What you will own
Raising purchase orders against the agreed plan, and following up with vendors to committed delivery dates. Chasing vendors is the core of this job, not an afterthought.




Receiving inbounds — quantity check, quality check, GRN, barcoding, and getting stock reflected in Unicommerce and Shopify the same day it arrives.
Inventory accuracy: cycle counts on quick movers, a full count on a defined cadence, and investigating any mismatch between system and shelf.
Reorder points on raw materials and all packaging, so that a stock-out never delays a dispatch.
The vendor master list and the open purchase order tracker, with a promised-by date against every open line.
Matching invoices to purchase orders and goods receipts, and preparing the payment file. Payment execution sits with a separate person.
What we are looking for
2 to 4 years in purchasing, inventory or supply chain — ideally at a D2C brand, a manufacturer or a distributor.
B.Com or equivalent, and comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets beyond the basics.
