Key Responsibilities
Advise on Indian corporate and labor and employment matters,



including employee relations issues, general knowledge of social security and employment-related taxes, subcontracting, regulatory and investigations, in collaboration with HR and U.S.-based legal colleagues.
Support interactions with Indian regulators and authorities, including labor authorities and other relevant agencies; assist with inspections, audits, inquiries, and administrative proceedings as needed.
Collaborate with U.S.‑based and global legal teams on cross‑border matters, including policy alignment, risk mitigation and investigations.
Identify legal and regulatory risks in India and contribute to training and education for business and HR partners on legal topics relevant to operations in India.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a practicing attorney in employment, labor, corporate, or related legal fields.
Full English Fluency
Experience serving as in-house counsel or advising multinational corpora
