Job Purpose
The Senior Manager - Statutory Compliance will be responsible for overseeing statutory, tax and corporate compliance for a large portfolio of legal entities in India
The role will work closely with the Manila Shared Service Centre, Group and local Finance teams, external auditors, and external tax and Company Secretarial providers to ensure compliance requirements are managed accurately, efficiently and on time.
The role requires a hands-on and technically robust professional who can manage the details of individual compliance issues while maintaining a holistic view of the India legal-entity landscape. The individual will also drive process improvements, standardisation and stronger controls across the compliance operating model.
