Role Description The Telesales Medical Counselor is a full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon. This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients over phone calls, explaining DRIP LABS’ medical and wellness services,



and guiding them toward appropriate treatments or consultations. The counselor will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, provide basic information on services under clinical guidance, and schedule appointments. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with medical and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient journey. The role also requires meeting sales and conversion targets while maintaining ethical, patient-centered communication.

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain medical and wellness services clearly and empathetically.
Proven experience in telesales, call center operations, or customer service, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related industries.
Ability to handle high call volumes, manage leads systematically, and work toward defined sales and conversion goals.
