About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth in the US Staffing Industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong relationship-building abilities, and a proven track record in hardcore sales. This role requires working during US business hours and engaging with prospective clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
Identify and develop relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, MSPs, and direct clients in the US market.




Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand staffing requirements and business needs.
Present the company's staffing and recruitment solutions to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements to close business deals.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the US staffing industry.
Develop long-term client relationships to maximize repeat business and account growth.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in hardcore sales/business development.
Experience in US Staffing, IT Staffing, Recruitment Services, or Workforce Solutions is highly preferred.
