About The Role

Our team's mission is to define the future of the software development lifecycle, ensuring Qt Group remains the world’s most versatile and high-performance platform for building and testing intelligent applications. We work across our entire portfolio—the Qt Framework (including Qt for MCUs), Software Quality Solutions (Squish, Coco,



Test Center, Axivion), and Design Tools—to help our customers build the next generation of intelligent user interfaces.

As the Director of AI Strategy, you will lead our outward-facing AI roadmap across all business units. This is a high-impact, market-facing role where you will act as a "Customer Advocate," translating the needs of our global user base into a world-class AI experience that spans the entire product range—from design and development to quality assurance.

Possible locations for this position are Bengaluru, India.

Lead the unified, outward-facing AI strategy across our Design Tools, Development Tools and Software Quality Solutions.
Engage directly with Tier-1 customers to identify high-value AI use cases, such as on-device inference for embedded systems and AI-driven test automation.
