Position : Sales, Marketing & Business Development – OFC/CATV/OPGWLocation : Kolkata & Hyderabad Industry : OFC/CATV/OPGW Cables Role Objective: The Business Development & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying businessopportunities, generating enquiries, securing purchase orders, and expanding the company'scustomer base across the CATV, OFC, OPGW, and Telecom Infrastructure sectors. This is a hands-on business development role requiring the candidate to build business fromscratch, develop new customer relationships, create market presence, and establish sustainablesales channels across India. The role requires proactive market development, customer engagement, sales closure, andtender opportunity tracking to drive sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Sales• Generate new business opportunities and secure orders for OFC, CATV, OPGW,



andrelated telecom cable products.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with:o Multi System Operators (MSOs)o Local Cable Operators (LCOs)o Internet Service Providers (ISPs)o Telecom Operatorso EPC Contractorso System Integratorso Broadband Service Providerso Corporate & Enterprise Network Customers• Identify current customers and business opportunities in untapped territories.• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical-commercialdiscussions.• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities intopurchase orders.• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline independently.2.
