Pharm / MBACTC: Upto 12 LPA for Manager / Upto 20 LPA for Sr. Manager About the Role Ajanta Pharma Limited is looking for an experienced Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Development (Lat Am) to support and grow our business across Latin American markets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2 B business development, distributor/partner management, commercial negotiations and market analysis, along with a good understanding of regulatory requirements in Latin American markets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate B2 B partners and distributors and manage relationships with external partners. Develop commercial proposals and negotiate partnership agreements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Legal,



Finance and Supply Chain. Evaluate and analyze market data to identify new product and business opportunities. Develop business models and prepare P&L; for potential opportunities. Demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory requirements across Latin American markets, particularly Brazil, Mexico, Columbia and Chile. Candidate Profile B. Pharm / MBA qualification.7–9 years of relevant experience for Manager level.10–12 years of relevant experience for Sr. Manager level. Strong experience in Business Development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in distributor/partner identification and relationship management. Solid commercial negotiation and analytical skills. Good understanding of Latin American markets and regulatory requirements. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
