This is a high-ownership leadership role managing one of the company's most critical markets, covering the North India OEM and industrial belt (Delhi-NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh). ABOUT THE ROLEThis is the regional leadership role in the organisation reporting directly to the Sales Head responsible for scaling an existing revenue base of ₹250 Cr, entering strategic new markets, and building a high-performing national sales organisation. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with deep exposure to high-specification steel, forgings, or adjacent engineering sectors, and a proven track record of enterprise account management, vendor qualification cycles, and value-based selling.
