Community & Experiences Manager Sorano | Mumbai The Role We’re looking for someone who understands that a excellent restaurant is more than food and drinks. It becomes a place people want to belong to. Sorano Mumbai is being built as an all-day restaurant and bar whose personality can evolve through the day — from dining to aperitivo, drinks, music and a sophisticated late-night energy. We’re looking for someone who can help build the community, culture and social life around it. This is not a desk-bound social media role. You will be out in the city, meeting people, building relationships, creating collaborations, programming experiences, hosting guests and helping make Sorano a place Mumbai wants to return to — at different times and for different reasons. Your job is ultimately to help us: Build the room. Build the community. Build the habit. What You'll Own1. Events & Experiences- Build and execute a strong monthly calendar of events, collaborations and experiences- Develop recurring properties that can become synonymous with Sorano- Work across music, food, drinks, art, design,



culture, fashion and other relevant worlds- Identify and coordinate artists, DJs, collaborators, guest bartenders, creators and partners- Own the journey from concept and promotion to guest list, RSVPs and on-ground execution- Measure events by attendance, guest quality, revenue, repeat participation and long-term brand value — not simply by the number of events conducted2. Aperitivo & Daypart Programming Help create distinct reasons to visit Sorano through the day. This could include:- Aperitivo and after-work rituals- Early-evening drinks and social occasions- Dinner programming- Weekend experiences- Sunday formats- Late-night programming The objective is not constant discounting or generic "happy hours."It is to create recognisable Sorano rituals and occasions that people build into their lives.3. Nightlife & Building the Room As dinner moves into late evening, Sorano should be capable of
