Role Overview

Lead India is looking for a hands-on Call Center Sales Manager who can manage, motivate, and improve the performance of a 20–25-member calling team. The person will be responsible for lead utilisation, CRM discipline, sales conversion, team training, and daily performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and motivate a team of 20–25 telesales executives.




* Analyse leads based on source, quality, ageing, status, and conversion potential.
* Ensure timely lead assignment, first response, follow-ups, and proper CRM updates.
* Monitor calls and train agents in client handling, objection resolution, and sales closing.
* Conduct daily team huddles and weekly performance reviews.
* Set individual and team targets for bookings, revenue, and conversion.
* Identify low-performing agents and prepare performance-improvement plans.
* Ensure that no genuine lead is skipped, delayed, or left unattended.
* Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality.
* Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports on lead utilisation, conversion, bookings, revenue, and agent performance.
* Personally assist the team in handling significant or high-potential leads.
