Role Description

Popbrain is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join our growing marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create content that makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage, comment, and share.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality content across Popbrain's social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

The role goes beyond simply posting content. You will be expected to understand trends, develop creative concepts, write scripts, shoot and edit videos, create engaging posts,



and continuously experiment with content formats to increase Popbrain's reach and brand visibility.

You will work closely with the founders, marketing team, sales team, and other internal stakeholders to turn company developments, AdTech insights, campaigns, industry trends, and opinions into compelling social content.

Who We Are Looking For

• 1–4+ years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar creative role

• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Reels, and short-form content

• Ability to identify trending topics and convert them into relevant content ideas

• Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, audience retention, and social media engagement

• Ability to write scripts for short-form videos, founder-led content, educational videos, and brand content

• Comfortable shooting videos using smartphones, cameras, lighting, and basic production equipment
