Role Description The Business Sales Executive (Fresher) will be responsible for supporting sales growth by identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, and promoting Jivial Railings’ product range. Day-to-day tasks include visiting clients and project sites in and around Rajkot, presenting product features, preparing basic quotations, and following up on inquiries to convert leads into sales.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, coordinating with the production and logistics teams, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot, offering hands-on exposure to the building materials and interior products market.
Qualifications

Demonstrated interest or foundational knowledge in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to learn product features and market trends.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, understand their needs, and provide clear product information.
Basic Account Management skills to track client details, manage follow-ups, and maintain ongoing business relationships.
Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, conduct field visits, and collaborate with internal teams across manufacturing and operations.
