Role Description The Center Manager Study Abroad role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kerala, India. The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the study abroad center, including managing staff, coordinating student counseling, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role involves supervising admission processes, guiding learners through application and visa documentation, and maintaining relationships with international education partners. The Center Manager tracks performance metrics, manages schedules, and coordinates classes, events, and orientations related to study abroad programs. The role also includes handling logistics, resolving operational issues, implementing process improvements, and ensuring a learner-centric setting aligned with MIA’s mission and standards.
