Role Description The Mahila Career Agent role at LIC is a full time position based in Lucknow with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the agent promotes LIC’s insurance products, meets prospective and existing clients, explains policy features, and supports them in selecting suitable plans. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting client meetings,



providing guidance on financial planning and risk protection, and assisting clients with documentation and policy servicing. The agent collaborates with LIC branch teams, participates in training programs, and maintains accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. The role focuses on building long-term relationships, increasing awareness of insurance solutions, and contributing to LIC’s customer-centric service standards.
