Head – Product , Tech & Analytics

Pilgrim is looking for a senior leader to own the company's technology, product, data and AI roadmap. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, operations and customer experience. You will be responsible for building and scaling the systems that power our D2C business, internal operations, analytics infrastructure and AI-led transformation. You will work directly with the Co-Founder and lead a cross-functional team spanning Engineering, Product, Data, Business Intelligence and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology Strategy & Leadership
● Define and execute Pilgrim's long-term technology roadmap.
● Build a scalable architecture for all business-critical systems.
● Drive technology investments and prioritization decisions.
● Create a solid engineering culture focused on speed, reliability and business impact.
● Build and mentor high-performing technology and product teams.

2. D2C Product & Customer Experience
● Own the roadmap for website, mobile app and customer-facing digital experiences.
● Improve conversion rates,



retention, personalization and customer journeys.
● Drive experimentation, A/B testing and product-led growth initiatives.
● Partner closely with Marketing, CRM and Growth teams.

3. Internal Platforms & Business Systems
● Own internal tools and platforms across operations, supply chain, finance, customer support and commercial teams.
● Lead ERP, workflow automation and process digitization initiatives.
● Improve organizational efficiency through technology.

4. Data, BI & Decision Intelligence
● Own the company's data strategy and analytics infrastructure.
● Build a single source of truth across business functions.
● Enable self-serve reporting and decision-making across teams.
● Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact analytics opportunities.

5. AI & Automation
● Enhance Pilgrim's AI roadmap.
● Identify and execute practical AI use cases across customer experience, ma
