Plan A Technologies is looking for a highly motivated and skilled QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web applications, APIs, and performance testing. The ideal candidate should possess strong programming skills, hands-on experience with up-to-date automation tools, and the ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and test effectiveness.

Please note: you must have at least 6+ years of experience as an Automation QA with strong proficiency with AI Tools to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing.
Create and execute automated test cases for web, API, and end-to-end business workflows.
Develop reusable automation components and libraries using industry best practices.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with development teams for resolution.




Analyze test execution results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Perform performance and load testing to validate system scalability and reliability.
Utilize AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate test development, code reviews, troubleshooting, and productivity improvements.
Participate in test strategy planning, estimation, and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure automation standards, coding guidelines, and quality processes are followed across projects.

Experience

BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years of experience as an Automation QA with strong proficiency in C#.
Hands-on experience with TypeScript and good working knowledge of Python, object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
Extensive experience with Postman and API validation and testing using RESTful services.
Understanding of JSON, HTTP m
