Key Responsibilities
Backup Platform Administration
Configure and operate AvePoint for Microsoft 365 protection across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams, including retention policies, job scheduling and restore requests.
Administer Azure Backup and Recovery Services vaults covering Azure virtual machines, Azure Files, SQL in Azure VMs and on-premises workloads through the MARS and MABS agents.
Operate Meeza Backup for the client environments it protects, maintaining job schedules, retention settings and capacity within agreed limits.
Onboard new workloads and clients into the appropriate protection platform, and decommission protection cleanly when services are retired.
Manage backup agents, credentials, connectivity and vault configuration, and keep protection policies aligned to each client's agreed service levels.
