Role Description This is a full time, on-site Collections Manager role based in Mumbai. The Collections Manager will oversee the end-to-end collections process, including monitoring outstanding accounts, setting collection targets, and ensuring timely recovery of dues from individual and commercial clients.



Responsibilities include developing and implementing collection policies, analyzing aging reports, prioritizing accounts, and coordinating with operations, sales, and finance to resolve billing or service issues that impact payments. The role involves leading and coaching collection team members, handling escalated cases professionally, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. The Collections Manager will also contribute to process improvement, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and safeguarding the company’s cash flow and client relationships.
