Role Description The Site Engineer role at Mystic Mohul is a full-time, in office position based in Jhargram. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction and maintenance activities across the retreat, ensuring all structures and facilities are built and maintained according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include supervising on-site work, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring timelines and budgets,



and resolving technical issues that arise during construction or repair work. The role also involves collaborating with management to plan improvements to infrastructure, implementing sustainable building practices aligned with the forest environment, and preparing basic reports and documentation on site progress and compliance.
