Role Description The Associate / Assistant Professor in Hospital Management will be responsible for designing and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in hospital and healthcare management in line with institutional and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting lectures, seminars, and workshops,



mentoring students, supervising projects and dissertations, and supporting curriculum development and review. The role also involves engaging in academic research, publishing in relevant journals, participating in conferences, and contributing to departmental initiatives and accreditation activities. The faculty member will collaborate with industry partners for guest lectures, internships, and practical exposure, while actively participating in academic committees and campus events. This is a full-time, in office role based at Bhawanipur Global Campus in Kolkata.
Qualifications
Postgraduate degree (MBA, MHA, MHM, MPH, or equivalent) in Hospital Management, Healthcare Management, or a closely related field; PhD or evidence of doctoral progress is preferred.
Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, hospital operations, quality management, healthcare policy, and health economics, with the
