Medzinity is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive business development and client acquisition in the US market.

This is a B2B services sales role. We are looking for someone who understands the outsourced services business and has experience converting US prospects into long-term clients.

If your experience is primarily in selling products, retail sales, field sales, or domestic sales, this role may not be the right fit.

What You Will Do
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the US market
Prospect and engage with US-based companies and decision-makers
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, calling, networking and other B2B channels
Understand client requirements and identify suitable service opportunities
Present and position outsourced services based on client requirements
Conduct discovery calls, sales meetings and presentations with prospects
Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams during the sales process
Manage prospects through the complete sales cycle—from initial contact to closure




Negotiate with prospects and convert opportunities into clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with US clients
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on opportunities
Consistently work towards defined business development and revenue targets

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a sales professional, not a general sales candidate.

You should have:
2–3 years of relevant B2B sales/business development experience
Hands-on experience selling outsourced services
Prior experience dealing with US clients is mandatory
Experience in industries such as Healthcare Services, Medical/Healthcare BPO, RCM, Medical Record Review, Legal/Medico-Legal Services, IT/ITES, KPO, or other outsourced service businesses
Experience in end-to-end sales, including prospecting, qualification, meetings, proposals, negotiation and closure
Strong understanding of selling services rather than physical products
