Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Patna. This role involves promoting KorpNex Academy’s programs, generating and qualifying leads, and engaging prospective learners through calls, meetings, and presentations. The specialist will manage the sales pipeline,



follow up with inquiries, and support candidates through the enrollment process to achieve admission and revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating marketing campaigns, conducting outreach via online and offline channels, and collaborating with training and operations teams to align messaging with program offerings. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, providing customer support to learners, and contributing ideas to improve sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
