Role Description The Safety Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. This role is responsible for overseeing workplace safety practices, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. The Safety Supervisor will develop and deliver safety training programs, maintain safety documentation and incident records, and support risk assessments and mitigation plans.



Daily responsibilities include monitoring adherence to safety procedures, coordinating with project and operations teams on safety requirements, investigating accidents or near-miss incidents, and recommending corrective actions. The role also involves promoting a proactive safety culture, engaging with employees at all levels, and supporting continuous improvement in safety performance.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices, with the ability to apply regulations and standards in office.
Experience in Safety Engineering, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementation of control measures.
Proficiency in Safety Training, including developing training materials and delivering sessions to diverse employee groups.
Skills in Accident Investigation, incident reporting, and root cause analysis to support corrective and preventive actions.
Relevant degree or diploma in eng
