Role Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive to be the voice of PiePay for our users. You’ll handle customer queries across calls, chat, email, and social media—helping shoppers unlock card offers, troubleshooting issues,



and making sure every user walks away with a great experience.
Support at PiePay isn’t a back-office function. Since we sit between users, e-commerce platforms, and payments, every conversation you handle directly shapes trust in the product. You’ll work closely with the product and operations teams, and your frontline insights will feed directly into how we improve PiePay.
This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, a clear communicator, and excited to grow with an early-stage fintech startup.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries across calls, chat, email, and social media with clear, timely, and empathetic resolutions
Guide users on how to discover and apply card-based offers on e-commerce platforms via PiePay
Troubleshoot basic technical and transaction-related issues, and escalate complex problems to the right internal teams
Own escalations end-to-end—follow up internally and keep users informed until resolution
