Role: Senior Technical Recruiter - W2
Location: Visakhapatnam - In office
Experience: 4 to 10 years in US IT Recruitment
Shift: Night Shift (US EST / PST Time Zones)
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis: End-to-end management of IT requirements from intake to final submission.
Sourcing: Sourcing niche IT professionals using Boolean strings on Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Screening: Deep technical screening of candidates to look past keywords and verify actual tech skills.
Compliance: Handling US Tax terms and Work Visas
Eligibility Criteria:
Must have at least 4+ years of proven experience strictly in US IT Recruitment in W2
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be currently residing in or local to Visakhapatnam
