Role Description The Australia Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. The role involves counseling prospective students and clients on study, immigration, and visa options in Australia, including course selection, university choices, and documentation requirements. The counselor will conduct detailed consultations, assess client profiles, and provide accurate information on eligibility, processes, timelines, and costs.



Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, maintaining updated client records, coordinating with internal teams, and following up with clients throughout their application journey. The role also includes participating in promotional activities, information sessions, and maintaining current knowledge of Australian education and immigration policies.
Qualifications

Strong counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide explicit, accurate guidance on Australian education and immigration pathways.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), with the ability to explain complex processes in a simple, professional manner; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Customer service and relationship management skills, including responsiveness, empathy, and the ability to build trust and long-term client engagement.
