Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Java Backend Engineer based in Hyderabad. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs using Java and related frameworks,



ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. The engineer will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and front-end developers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, performing code reviews, optimizing database interactions, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to architectural decisions. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, improving development practices, and aligning backend systems with CAELION’s AI-first, enterprise-grade consulting solutions.
