We are currently hiring an experienced Loan Closer – US Mortgage Operations to support a leading U.S.-based real estate lending organization. This role offers strong exposure to U.S. mortgage loan closing, title coordination, settlement statement balancing, loan documentation, pre-funding review, and closing operations.

As a Loan Closer, you will be responsible for managing the loan closing process from Transparent to Close through funding, coordinating with title companies, settlement agents, borrowers, brokers,



and internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely loan closings.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Loan Closing & Coordination
• Manage the end-to-end loan closing process from Clear to Close through funding.
• Coordinate with title companies, settlement agents, borrowers, brokers, lenders, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of closing activities.
• Track closing timelines, pending conditions, and outstanding requirements and proactively follow up to avoid delays.
• Ensure all closing conditions and pre-funding requirements are satisfied before authorization and release of funds.

Settlement Statement & Document Review
• Review and balance HUD-1 / ALTA Settlement Statements to ensure accuracy of loan proceeds, fees, payees, credits, charges, and other closing costs.
• Verify that settlement statements are aligned with approved loan terms and closing instructions.
• Identify,
