Master or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems

At least 15 years of professional experience in power systems consulting

business, preferably with renewable and grid integration projects

Hands-on experience in electrification solutions and power system

studies such as load flow studies, short circuit calculations, energetic

simulations, EMT

Sound knowledge of electrical power system design, modelling,

control, stability and protection

Analytical thinking and problem-solving under complex operating

conditions

Strong technical knowledge of power equipment like generators,

switchgears, transformers, BESS, reactive power compensation

Proficiency in industry-leading simulation tools (PSS/E, Power Factory,

PSCAD).

Excellent communication and presentation skills for collaboration

with cross-functional teams and technical presentations
