Role Description The Investor Opportunity Partner is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. The role involves identifying and evaluating potential franchise investment opportunities, conducting market and financial analyses, and collaborating with brands to structure mutually beneficial franchise partnerships. The individual will build and maintain relationships with investors and franchise partners,



support due diligence processes, and help align investment strategies with the company’s growth objectives. Day-to-day activities include preparing investment proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal consulting and training teams, monitoring the performance of invested franchises, and providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. The role also includes participating in networking events and investor meetings to expand the franchise investment ecosystem.
Qualifications

Strong skills in business analysis, financial evaluation, and market research to assess franchise and investment opportunities.
Experience in franchise development, business consulting, or related fields such as retail, startups, ecommerce, or real estate.
Proficiency in relationship management, stakeholder communication, and negotiation to engage effectively with investors and franchise partners.
