Role Description The Head of Business Development will lead growth initiatives by identifying new markets, customers, and partnerships for Technodry’s Compressed Biogas (CBG) plants. This full time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area involves developing and executing business plans, shaping go-to-market strategies, and overseeing sales pipelines to achieve revenue and margin targets. The position includes managing key accounts, building long-term client relationships, and coordinating with engineering, R&D;, and operations teams to translate customer requirements into viable technical proposals. Day-to-day responsibilities also include market and competitor analysis, bid and proposal review, contract negotiation, and monitoring performance metrics for business development activities. The role requires active participation in industry events, presentations, and customer visits to strengthen Technodry’s market presence and brand positioning.
