We’re Hiring | HR manager for – Leather Manufacturing | Noida

Looking for an experienced Human Resources qualified to join our leather manufacturing unit in Noida.

Key Requirements:
Experience: 8–10 years in HR, preferably in garment, leather, or manufacturing industries
Industry Preference: Hands-on experience in a leather manufacturing unit will be strongly preferred
Location: Noida – local candidates or candidates willing to relocate

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for factory operations
Statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Factories Act and labour laws
Payroll coordination and attendance management
Employee relations and grievance handling
Liaising with government authorities and labour departments
HR policy formulation and implementation




Training and development initiatives
Contract labour management and shop-floor workforce management

Ideal Candidate:
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience managing HR functions in a manufacturing/factory environment
High integrity, discipline and a strong problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working closely with shop-floor employees and management
