Role Description
The Business Development Executive Fresher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will identify and generate new leads, introduce Teknowgrade’s learning solutions to prospective learners and corporate partners, and maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups. Daily activities include researching potential markets, making calls and presentations, responding to inquiries, and nurturing relationships to convert prospects into customers.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, meeting assigned targets, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, approach, and convert prospective clients.
Candidates should possess skills in Business understanding and Account Management to manage relationships, track client needs, and support retention.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
Basic knowledge of the education or edtech sector, and interest in career development and training solutions.
Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, meet performance targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
