Recruiters will be responsible for identifying a department's staffing needs and coordinate with the hiring managers for their requirements and qualifications on a job opening.
How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
Source active and passive candidates from job boards, social networks,
and platforms
Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
Coordinate and manage relations with all internal and external stakeholders by setting up the interviews for various candidates
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
About you
Qualifications:
Minimum Required Degree: Graduate
Preferred Degree: MBA in HR
Good Communication skills
