Overview

The Lead Specialist - Process Excellence will support the deployment of Process Excellence initiatives across the organization by driving process documentation, process mapping, risk assessments, continuous improvement programs, and governance activities. The role requires robust analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills,



along with a willingness to support administrative and event management activities undertaken by the Process Excellence team.

Responsibilities:
Process Documentation & Governance
Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
Ensure documentation complies with organizational standards, version control requirements, and review cycles.
Work with process owners and stakeholders to gather information and validate process documentation.
Support process governance, compliance tracking, and documentation audits.
Process Mapping & Analysis
Create and maintain end-to-end process maps using Microsoft Visio.
Conduct current-state and future-state process mapping exercises.
Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Facilitate workshops to understand and document business processes.
PFMEA & Risk Management
Conduct Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) for business processes.
